- The tire must be submitted for inspection along with proper proof of purchase.
- The tire will be sent for inspection by authorized personnel of the manufacturer.
- The complete inspection process may take 4-5 working days.
- The report issued by the manufacturer’s authorized personnel will be final.
- The customer may need to purchase a new tire while the claim tire is under inspection.
- If the claim is accepted by the manufacturer under the warranty, the claim amount will be refunded to the customer.
- Compensation for the claimed tire will be based on the wear rate.
- The Tire Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by road hazards, including but not limited to cuts, snags, bruises, impact breaks, bulges, punctures, stone drills, chips, and fire.
- Damage due to theft, misalignment, or collision.
- Alignment services are available only at our service center. On-site technicians will perform a visual inspection and provide alignment updates. If further alignment is required, you may be asked to visit our service center. Please contact our customer care for charges and additional details.
- For claim inspections, the customer must visit the service center of the tire distributor after confirming an appointment with us.
- For tire rotation, customers must visit our branch. We offer free rotation at every 10,000 km, up to six times, if four tires of the same size are replaced for a single vehicle.
